4 cups Morningstar Crumbles16oz cooked pasta (elbow mac is good)28oz Can Spaghetti Sauce1 Cup Diced Tomatoes (with or without seasonings)1/2 cup parmesan Cheese Grated1 cup fat free sour cream
Cook pasta and drain. Reserve 2 tblspoons of parmesan cheese for topping. Combine Crumbles, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and remaining parmesan cheese in same pan. Add Pasta and gently mix together.
Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle reserved parmesan cheese on the top. Bake in preheated 375* oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 8.
