Veggie Stir Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup of Brown Rice, Medium Grain1 cup Canned Peas and Carrots1/2 cup Green Peppers cut into strips1/4 cup of onions chopped or in strips1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
Directions
Chop carrots down the middle, chop green peppers into strips, and chop onions to your likings

Cook all Veggies together with Soy Sauce

Follow directions on box for Brown Rice

When all finished mix ingredients together and eat! :-)
