Tuna Kababs (tuna cakes)

Ingredients
6 cans Tuna in water (drained)2 baked Potatoe (pealed n mashed)1 Cup Chopped Onions2 chopped chillies(optional)1 tbs salt1 tbs black pepper1 egg (scrambled)
Directions
mash and mix all ingredients together. Form in to patties and fry in a few tbs of oil, or bake! or place the whole thing as is on a skillet and just sautee. GREAT on sandwiches!

can substitute tuna for beef or ground chicken!
