Low Calorie-Tomato and Spinach Over Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup Frozen Spinach1 Cup Canned Tomatoes or fresh if you prefer1/2 Cup of Medium Grain Brown Rice1 Tbsp of Olive Oil1 Tsp Garlic1/2 Cup of Onions Sliced1 Dash of Salt1 Dash of Black Pepper
Directions
Boil water for Brown Rice- Follow directions on box

Put Olive Oil in pan and heat- start with sliced onions and garlic. When they start to brown put in tomatoes and spinach with them. With a dash of Salt and Pepper it'll be perfect! When both are finished place rice in a bowl with the spinach and tomatoes on top. Enjoy!!
