Ingredients
-2 tbsp peanut butter, chunky or creamy...i like chunky-Milk, 2%....or your preffered type-Nonfat cherry vanilla yogurt...or lowfat, any flavor you wish. (170 grams or one serving)
Directions
make [1] 2-cup serving
I use a magic bullet...but any blender will do fine. Let the kids put all the ingerdients into the blender, and then blend to preffered texture. repeat or multiply ingredients to achieve desired amount.
