1 medium sized tomato chopped1/2 cup of lettuce shredded1 medium sized pickle chopped3 tblsp of kraft fat free mayonnaise dressing1 can tuna packed in water drained2 tsp yellow mustard

add everything into bowl and mix throughly may serve by itself or with bread (bread not calculated)
