Ingredients
1 CUP SOY FLOUR1 CUP PROTEIN POWDER (PLAIN)6 EGGS6 TBS SOUR CREAM1.5 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE1.5 TSP BAKING POWDER3 TBS OREGANO (OPTIONAL)
Directions
SET ASIDE 1/2 CUP OF CHEESE. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND FILL GREASED 9" BREAD PAN TOP WITH REMAINING CHEDDAR CHEESE. BAKE FOR 45 MINS TO ONE HOUR AT 375. STORE UNUSED PORTION IN REFRIGERATOR FOR UP TO ONE WEEK. KEEP IN FREEZER FOR UP TO ONE MONTH.

    The first batch was not that great but the second double batch was great I added 1 cup of splenda. - 5/19/09

    I made this recipe last weekend and thought it really didn't look all that good when raw. I baked it and cut it up warm and put some butter on it and WOW! It was really good. I find there's too much oregano, so next time I'll put less and I want to experiment with other ingredients. Try it out! - 11/12/08
