Creamy Cucumbers

Ingredients
Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium (remove)Salt, .25 cup (remove)Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Sour Cream, 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin (remove)
Directions
START AT LEAST 24 HOURS AHEAD OF MEAL.
Mix salt and water in large bowl. Peel and thinly slice cucumbers and onion. Add to salt water, cover and refridgerate over night. After 24 hours, drain cucumber, onion mixture and squeeze out as much of the water from the mixture (you can use paper towels) as possible. Add sour cream and mix well. Cover and refridgerate at least one hour before serving.
