Steak & Caribbean Bean Salad

Beef, bottom round, 8 oz S&W CaribbeanRecipe Black Beans, 0.5 cup Litehouse Salsa Ranch, 8 tbsp Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Lime Juice, 1 cup Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (optional)
Brown steak in lime juice and juice from beans and allow to cool.
Shred lettuce and cilantro and place in large serving bowl.
Place meat on lettuce after cooled.
Add beans and dressing and toss!
Can serve 2 large or 4 small salads.
While Cilantro is optionalit brings out the lime and blends the flavors.
