Darla's Easy Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 can Primo Lentils (540 ml or about 2.3 cups)1.3 cups of Campbell's Chicken Broth (reduced sodium)1 large red onion (cut into large pieces)1 clove garlic (minced)2 medium red potatoes (quartered)1 medium tomato (diced)1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp dried rosemary (crushed)1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Place all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Heat to boiling. Stir, then reduce heat to simmer. Let simmer, at least, until potatoes are soft (about 45 minutes to an hour). If you want a thicker "stew-like" consistency, continue to simmer until the dish is as thick as you desire. Serve when you are ready to eat. One serving is about 3/4 cup if it is soup thickness or 1/2 cup if it is "stew" thickness.
