Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1cup Natural Peanutbutter1 egg (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)3/4 cup Splenda Granular for baking
Directions
Mix ingrediants, Divide dough into 12 dough balls. Place on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork (1/2" Thick) Bake 375 degrees for 6 min.
Remove from oven. Cool 3 mins, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool.
Makes 12 , 3" cookies

    I added a few teaspoons of ground flax seed to this recipe in order to up the fiber content and decreased the splenda to only half a cup!!! still very yummy!!!!!!Great recipe!!!!! - 9/22/08
