Simple Tomato and Basil Soup

Ingredients
3 cans pealed tomatoesa bunch of fresh basil leavessour cream (I use light)saltpepper
Directions
Empty the tomatoes in a blender and pulse a few times then add them into a pot and cook for 20-30 minutes (so it becomes thicker). Add sour cream and chopped basil (use more if you like) and season. Serve with a little sour cream and basil on top.
