vegan currywurst and pommes

8 veggie "hot dogs"1/2 cup ketchup1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp ground ginger2 tbsp curry powder3-4 large potatoes
mix all the spices into the ketchup and set aside. (if you like you can add more or less of any or all of the spices, i like my curried things pretty spicy, but i understand not all people do.)
cut your potatoes into wedges, put on a baking sheet, toss with some olive oil and salt and bake them in the oven at 400 for 30-35 minutes. at about the the twenty minute mark you can check on them and flip them.
boil your veggie dogs. cut them into bite sized pieces and put them into the curry ketchup. mix it up and make sure to coat every piece with the sauce.
plate it up next to your potato wedges and use your excess sauce for the wedges. enjoy!
