2 cups cooked navy beans1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1 cup diced lean ham4 cups organic vegetable broth1/4 cup tomato paste4 cups water1 tsp oregano1/4 tsp basil1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp ground black pepper***hot sauce optional
Add cooked navy beans & carrots, celery, onion & ham to broth, water and tomato paste. Add seasonings. Bring to a boil then let simmer in covered pot around 1 hour. Add a dash of hot sauce if you wish when done..
