Arroz y Frijoles con Masas de Pollo (Chicken Chunks Rice & Beans)

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ouncesBeans, black, 2 cupOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, choppedWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupOlive Oil, 3 tbspGarlic, 3 tspPepper, black, 2 tsp*Cumin seed, 1 tspGoya recaito, 4 tspSalt, 2 dashWater, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
In a large sauce pan, prepare rice (rice, water & olive oil). Add Recaito, Pepper, salt to taste, cumin seed, and garlic to pan. Reduce heat and add beans, heat to simmer.

Cut the chicken breasts into large chunks (6 chucks per breast). In a seperate pan, brown chicken and season with salt & pepper to taste.

Add chicken to rice/bean combination and simmer for 15 minutes.
