English Coleslaw

Ingredients
4 Cup of Shredded Cabbage1 Medium Carrot Grated (Approx 4 inch x 0.75 inch)2 green Onions3 Tbsp Mayonnaise 0.5 teaspoon Yellow MustardPepper to taste
Directions
1 Starting with cabbage, thinly slice the cabbage until you have approximately 4 cups (not packed) of sliced cabbage.
Grate the carrot.
Thinly slice a couple green onions.
Add 3 Tbsp mayo, 1/2 teaspoon of yellow mustard and mix in with the cabbage, carrot, and onions. Add pepper to taste.

Serve immediately. Serves 4.
