8 oz No Yolk Egg Noodles1 cup 2% Sharp Cheese1 1/2 Tbsp Margarine1 1/2 Tbsp Flour1/2 cup Milk 1%
Preheat oven to 350 F
Cook noodles according to package directions.
In a medium sauce pan melt butter. Add flour to make a roux. Cook about 1 minute. Add milk, stir constantly until thick. Add half the cheese and stir until all cheese is melted. Add to cooked noodles and mix. Mix in other half of cheese and pour into greased baking dish. Cook for 20 minutes.
Makes about 6, 1/2 cup servings.
