Spinach and Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
1 (10oz) package of frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained1 (8oz) Brick Neufchatel/Cream Cheese 1 Tub (8 oz) Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese 1/2 Cup Pesto 8 oz of Whole Wheat Macaroni or other pasta.1/2 - 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl mix together remaining ingredients, using as much garlic powder as your family prefers. When pasta is done, drain and add to spinach-pesto mixture and stir to combine.

Place mixture in a glass baking dish and put in oven for 7 minutes or until warmed through.

Makes 8-3/4 Cup servings
