Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 Cucumber, diced2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup chopped red onion.25 C cider vinegar2t. sugar/or sugar substitute2T Kraft light Dressing (I use Peppercorn)salt/pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients together and blend well. Add salt and pepper if you wish. I recommend Refrigerating for at least 2-3 hours before eating, but it isn't necessary.

This recipe will make about four, one cup servings.
