'tater tot' casserole

1 roll 93/7 ground beef1 can fat free mushroom soup1 pkg frozen mixed veggies1/2 pkg frozen hashbrowns1/2 cup fat free cheddar cheese (optional)
Brown ground beef, drain the fat. make soup with 1/2 can water and add to beef, stir in frozen veggies. Put mixture in a 9x13 casserole dish and layer top with shredded hashbrowns, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350 oven until hashbrowns have browned up, 20-25 minutes, let cool, serve and enjoy..baking times may vary.

The casserole wasn't bad, but I had to cook it at 400 for 30 minutes to get the hash browns to heat through, and brush the hashrbowns with butter to get them to brown. The mushroom soup did not add much to the flavor, I wonder how it would taste with tomatoe soup and no added water. - 3/9/07
