Corn, cream style, 1 canCorn, Whole kernel 1 canCream Cheese, 8 oz.Egg, fresh, 2 mediumJiffy Cornbread Mix-1/4 cup per serving (6 servings per box or 1.5 cups), 6 serving Butter, unsalted, 1 tbspKraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup -Optional
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in microwave in medium bowl. Add cream cheese , continue microwaving for another 15 to 20 seconds or until cream cheese is softened. Stir until mixed well.Add both of the corns, the muffin mix and eggs. Mix well. Pour into greased 12x9 in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. makes 16 servings.
