2 pounds chicken1 medium onion5 celery stalks2 dashes salt3 dashes pepper (add more if you want more flavor)5 c. water
Add the chicken, onion, celery and water to a slow cooker. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper. Put the lid on and cook for 5-8 hours, or until chicken is done. Enjoy
