Kim's Easy Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour3/4 cup corn meal1/4 cup sugar2 tsp. baking powderdash salt1 cup milk1/8 cup oil1/8 cup water1/4 cup egg beaters
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8 or 9 inch baking pan (I use a cast iron skillet and preheat it.)

Combine dry ingredients. In a measuring cup combine wet ingredients. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Make sure everything is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 mins. or until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm.
