Creamy Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
14 oz shrimp1 tbsp light mayo1 tbsp light sour cream1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese2 tbsp thinly sliced scallions1 tbsp chopped celery1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp grey pouponground pepper
Directions
Bring water to a boil with a bay leaf. When boiling, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 min, until pink and cooked. Remove shrimp from water and ice down to stop cooking. Roughly chop the shrimp when cooled, add to a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Makes four .5 cup servings.
