Nana's Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
15 oz Rasin bran1 cup canola oil3 cups sugar3 large eggs5 cups flour1 quart buttermilk5 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. allspice2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients (except for raisin bran). Add beaten eggs, oil & buttermilk. Beat with mixer. Fold in bran. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 14-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Dough can be stored in refrigerator up to 6 weeks or you can bake all muffins and freeze.

Makes 4 dozen muffins.
