Ingredients
2 - 12 oz. cans of Starkist Chunk Lite Tuna in Water4 tbsp. Kraft lite mayo3 oz. celery1.5 oz. onionsquirt of yellow mustardsalt and pepper to tastepreferred fish seasoning (lemon pepper is good)
Directions
Drain tuna and cut veggies into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and divide into 5 equal portions. Serve with salad, raw veggies, crackers, or on whole grain bread or pita. I fill one serving into half of a whole wheat pita (75 added calories) and add some lettuce.

You could add more mayo for extra flavor and a more moist consistency, but it will add extra calories. Fat Free mayo is a good option to reduce fat content but I prefer Lite Mayo and just use less of it.

I have tried a lot of different tuna recipes, and so far this is the best one that I have found, and it is very quick to make to boot! - 4/23/09

Excellent idea with the lemon pepper! I usually just use fresh ground black pepper, so I will have to try this. I love tuna salad. - 9/1/08

    Yummy!

I added a little bit of ketchup and omitted the celery (yuck!) and it tasted delicious! I forgot about the seasoning so I imagine next time it'll taste even better.

    Thanks Nana! - 8/31/08
