Orange Jello Salad

1 24oz container of fat free cottage cheese1 pkg orange jello powder2 c. mandarin oranges1 entire container fat free cool whip, thawed
Add 1 entire container of cottage cheese to big mixing bowl. Do not drain. Add pkg of orange jello powder to cottage cheese and mix throughly, until jello powder dissolved/mixed in. Drain mandarin oranges and add to mixture and stir. Add entire container of cool whip to bowl, mix until entire contents combined. Transfer to lidded bowl if desired and chill until ready to serve. Each serving appx 1 cup.

LOVE THIS! I got the idea to add crushed pineapple from a previous post and it was perfect! I also used a sugar free orange jello. I am single so i make this at the beginning of the week and use it throughout the week for when i get a sweet tooth. Perfect ending for any dinner or even with dinner!!! - 2/17/09
