Ingredients
1 9" Graham Cracker Pie Shell1 14oz can of sweetened low fat condensed milk3 egg yolks1/2 cup Key Lime Juice(Nellie & Joe's )
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Combine milk, egg yolk, and key lime juice.
-Blend until smooth.
-Pour filling into pie shell and bake @350F for 15 minutes

    Calories figured with Evaporated milk, but listed sweetened condensed milk in the ingredients, so the count is off in this recipe. I refigured the calories and come out with about 285 using FF sweetened condensed milk and also a reduced calorie crust. - 11/25/10
