1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (or flavor of your choosing)1/4 cup of lowfat granola cereal2 tbsp of dried cranberries (or fruit of your choosing)
Directions
Put nonfat yogurt into a dessert dish. (the nicer the dish the more you feel like you are getting away with something)
Top off with granola and dried fruit
Dig in and enjoy
