Sweet Potato Surprise

Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes, baked and mashed1 cup sugar1/3 cup butter, melted1/2 cup milk2 eggs, beaten1 tsp vanilla1 cup coconut, grated1 cup pecans1 cup brown sugar (less if sweetened coconut)1/3 cup flour1/3 cup butter
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl mix sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/3 cup butter, milk, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Put mixture in a 2 1/2 Qt baking dish. In separate bowl combine coconut, pecans, brown sugar, flour and 1/3 cup butter with a pastry cutter or your fingertips until crumbly. Distribute topping over sweet potatoe mixture. Bake for 20 min or until lightly browned.
