-1 Pkg. Quaker Instant Maple Brown Sugar (Low Sugar) Oatmeal-8 ozs. Milk-1/2 Banana-4 oz. Plain Low Fat Yogurt-Ice Cubes
Directions
Makes 1 10 oz Smoothie

Mix all all ingredients together in blender. Add ice to thicken and blend well.
