Cube 800 grams of round steakseason with salt and pepper to taste1 tsp cumin1 tbsp of garlic powderheat 2 tbsp olive oil in skillet1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp whole wheat flour2 cups of water1 sliced onion1 cup of chopped green pepper
After oil heated throw in the cubed steak and brown on both sides.
After about 5-10 minutes stir in the starch and whole wheat flour.
Slowly add water and make sure there are no more lumps.
Add onions and peppers and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Stir every few minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
