1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained, & crumbled1 cup grated cheddar cheese1 cup Bisquick5 eggs, slightly beaten2 cups milk
Place crumbled sausage in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. In mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, a dash of salt, and eggs; beat well. Add milk and stir until fairly smooth. Pour over sausage & cheese. Bake covered for 35 minutes. Can be done the night before and cooked the next morning just add an additional 5 minutes
Makes about 6-8 servings depending on dish used.
