Ingredients
Ground beef, 24 oz Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Onions, raw, 1 small Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, strips *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Beans, red kidney, 2 cup Beans, white, 2 cup garlic, 2 clove
Directions
Brown meat, onion, crushed garlic and peppers in dutch onion. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and seasonings. Let simmer for 1 hour. Add both beans and cook another 15-20 minutes.
