quick and easy Spaghetti squash

Ingredients
5 cups-Spaghetti squash (a large sized one will make around 5-6 cups)1.5 cups- fat free shredded mozarella cheese1 can- Hunts garlic and herb spaghetti sauce5 tbsp-Parmesian cheese
Directions
Cut spaghetti suash in half lengthwise and place faced down on a plate. place in the microwave for 5-7 minutes. You want to make the squash soft but still have a little crunch to it for a pasta texture. spoon out the squash onto plates in 1 cup servings. Pour spaghetti sauce over the squash, about a half a cup on eaach serving. Then toss a half a cup of motzarella cheese on top and warn in microwave for 1-2 minutes. sprinkle parmesian cheese on top and your done. Easy to make and tastes great. My kids love it.
