Reduced Calorie/Fat Banana Bundt Cake

Ingredients
1/3C - Promise Fat Free Margarine (5.332 tbsp)1 1/4C - Splenda (60 tsp)1tsp - Vanilla Extract2 - Grade A Extra Large White Eggs3 medium - Banana (ripe & mashed)2C - Whole Wheat Flour1 1/4C - Baking Powder1C - nonfat sour cream (16 tbsp)(Optional ingredients not included in receipe = 3/4C - Chopped Walnuts or chocolate chipsPowdered Sugar (Topping sprinkle)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter an sugar (splenda). Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended. Stir in vanilla and Mashed Bananas. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to banana mixture, alternating with sour cream. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips(optional-not included in recipe) and pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes away clean. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar (optional-not included in recipe) & place on a serving platter. Makes 12 Servings
