Portabella Mushrooms & Feta

Ingredients
Portabella Mushrooms, 400 grams *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Spinach, fresh, .75 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, .3 cup *Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 1tsp ( use the tomato oil)Feta Cheese, .3 cup, crumbled
Directions
Wash and remove stems from the mushrooms. Chop. Add to all the ingredients except feta. Mix well. Place the mushrooms top side down on lightly greased baking sheet. Top with the tomato mixture then the crumbled feta cheese.
Bake at 325 15 minutes or until hot.
