Darla's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken breast, chopped finely or shreddedGrapes, red or green, 1/2 cupWalnuts, 1/2 cup choppedCelery, 1/2 cup choppedHard Boiled Egg, 1 largeLight Mayo, 1 1/2 tbsp.
Directions
Put chicken breast in mixing bowl. Slice grapes in half and add with chicken. Add walnuts and celery. Chop egg and add with other ingredients. Add mayo and mix altogether until well mixed.

Makes 5 servings.

You can also use the canned chicken breast. Just make sure that it is low-fat.
