Raw Beet Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients: 5 raw Beets, peeledJuice of 1 Lemon 2 tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp grainy Dijon Mustard2 tsp Splenda2 tbsp fresh chopped Dill weed
Directions
Peel beets and grate finely using a food processer. It will come out looking like lovely thin red spaghetti - so pretty.

Wisk lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and splenda until well blended - pour over beets and toss.

Refridgerate until ready to serve... super the next day too.
