Ingredients
3 medium sized green tomatoes3/4 cup plain bread crumbs (season as desired)1/2 cup All Whites6 TBSP Smart Balance cooking oil
Directions
Slice tomatoes
Dip slices in All Whites egg mixture
Coat with bread crumbs
Heat oil in skillet and fry until tomatoes are soft and coating is crunchy
