Breakfast Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Flax Seed Meal1/4 Cup White Flour1/2 Cup Wheat or Whole Grain Flour1 1/2 Cup Quaker Oatmeal1/2 Cup Raisins1 Medium Apple Diced2 Large eggs2 tsp ground Cinnamon1 stick Butter melted1/2 Cup Brown Sugar1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350. F
Beat together Butter and Sugars until creamy
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well
Add the remaining dry ingredients, mix well
Add the raisins and diced apple
Put in a 9x9 baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
This recipe will make 16 bars.
