Cornbread pudding

Ingredients
1 can cream corn1 can corn drained1 box jiffy cornbread mix2 Tblsp. melted butter8 oz. lite sour cream2 egg whites or egg substitute
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. makes 6 servings
