Ingredients
1 english muffin, split and toasted1/4 cup of Ragu, Pizza Quick Sauce, divided1 oz part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded or cut into small pieces, dividedassorted veggies/toppings not included in nutritional stats: mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives, pineapple, ham, turkey pepperoni, etc..
Directions
Split your english muffin into 2 halves and toast in toaster.

Place muffins on cookie sheet and add pizza sauce evenly to both halves.

Add cheese to both halves. You may opt to add more toppings at this time if you desire.

Place in oven and cook at low broil or at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

Serves one.
