Ingredients
Sorrento Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese, 15 ozMilk, 1%, .5 cupHealthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 13.25 ozTomato Sauce, 3 cup
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cook pasta according to box instructions.
3. Stir milk and 1-2 spoonfuls of ricotta into tomato sauce.
4. Add cooked noodles and pour into casserole dish.
5. Top, but do not coat, with large dollops of ricotta.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly in the middle.
