8 Hard Boiled Eggs1/4 Cup Lite Mayonnaise2 tbsp. Sweet Relish2 tsp. yellow mustardSalt and Pepper to Taste
Hard boil 8 eggs.
Allow them to cool.
Peel the eggs and chop eggs until they finely chopped.
Add the other ingredients and stir.
Serve on lite bread for a great sandwich.
