Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Ingredients
5 lb. Ground Beef 93% lean6 oz. diced 2% Swiss Cheese8 oz can mushrooms, drained2 packets Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup dry mix
Directions
Place all ingredients in a big bowl and mix with hands until everything is evenly distributed. I weigh out 20 burgers, a little over 4 oz each and freeze them to grill whenever. I formed them in an old tupperware hamburger container. We grill them.

    Really Good! Next time I'm gonna leave the cheese out and put it on top. Having it mixed in disguised the flavor and texture of any cheese. If I'm gonna have cheese I want to enjoy it! :) I diced the mushrooms and they hid a little to, but still a recipe to repeat! Thanks! - 1/30/12
