WAW Cool Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
2 cucumbers sliced1 tomato diced1/4 of an onion diced Dressing1 Cup of either rice vinegar or white vinegar (I use rice vinegar)Tablespoon light soy sauceSplenda or Sugar to get rid of vinegar and salty taste (I used Splenda about 6 packets)
Directions
Mix dressing and pour over cucumbers, tomatoes and onion. Mix together and put in refrigerator to cool and marinate at least an hour.
