warm honey mustard potato salad

Ingredients
~ 1 bag frozen potato wedges w/ skins (24oz.)~ 1/4 cup honey~ 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard~ 1 cup celery, sliced~ 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped~ 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tbsp) or red onion.~ 1/4 tsp garlic powder~ 1/4 tsp salt~ 1/8 tsp course ground black pepper
Directions
1. In 2-quart microwavable casserole, place potatoes; cover. Microwave on High 5 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness. Cool slightly, about 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix honey and mustard until well blended.

3. Cut potato wedges in half; return to casserole. Gently stir in celery, bell pepper, onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour honey mixture over potato mixture; stir gently until well-coated.

Makes 12 servings (1/2 cup each)
