Coconut Curry Chicken

2 chicken quarters (two thighs and drumsticks boned and skinned)1 cup Coconut milk1 tsp curry powder1 small onion
Directions
brown chicken for a few minutes; remove from pan; add onions and sweat; add curry powder and cook for one minute; add coconut milk and stir chicken back in; cook until chicken is done.
