Honey Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
8-4oz Salmon Fillets (no skin)1/2 cup honey2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce2 Tbsp brown sugar1/4 cup orange juice2 Tbsp rice vinegar2 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat grill to med heat.
Meanwhile combine all ingredients except for salmon in a medium saucepan over med/low heat. Stir occasionally until sauce begins to boil, then simmer for 15 min or until thickened. Watch closely so it does not boil over. Remove from heat.
Rub each fillet with olive oil or spray grill with high heat cooking spray. Grill for 4 to 7 min per side or until done. Baste fillets with sauce on each side about 1 min before done. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
